I’m looking for an administrative or operations role where I can own office coordination, records management, and stakeholder communication—supporting teams with reliable documentation, efficient scheduling, and measurable workflow improvements.

I’m a detail-oriented Administrative & Operations professional with over five years of experience supporting government, nonprofit, and corporate operations. I bring a practical, service-first mindset—making sure day-to-day processes run smoothly through accurate documentation, careful records management, and clear stakeholder communication.

In my current role as a Tax Assistant at Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS), I support taxpayer compliance and audit processes by verifying records and maintaining organized taxpayer documentation for timely retrieval. I also communicate with taxpayers to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery, while assisting administrative teams with data management and reporting tasks.
