I’m a Dynamic Insurance Claims Supervisor with over 9 years of experience at Progressive Insurance. I lead teams, investigate auto damage claims, and negotiate fair settlements with a focus on accuracy and outcomes.

In my roles as an Auto Claims Repair Adjuster and Supervisor, I determine coverage, issue settlements, and communicate directly with policyholders and vendors. I use Mitchell Connect & CCC1 to process field data and cost estimates for clear, supportable decisions.

As an Auto Claims Supervisor, I supervised a team of 6+ adjusters to ensure compliance and performance goals. I trained new hires and streamlined claim handling processes, and as a Repair Adjuster I handled high-volume auto claims across the LA region—evaluating damage, negotiating settlements, and flagging suspicious claims for further investigation.

I’m also bilingual in English and Spanish, which helps me deliver strong customer service and customer experience. Before insurance, I built that service foundation through retail & customer service work, where I stayed calm, helpful, and responsive in high-traffic environments.
