Fauzan Ghazi

I am a Learning & Development Specialist and Mandarin Lecturer with 12+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, curriculum and assessment development, digital learning, and program coordination. In my current role with Kolej Profesional MARA Bandar Penawar, I design and deliver learning experiences for diverse learners, support academic capability development, and lead digital and quality-focused initiatives. Across my teaching career, I have supported more than 600 learners through structured, engaging, and culturally responsive learning programs.

I also bring commercial experience from Data Career Jumpstart, where I worked in digital learning and analytics-focused product and project roles. My work contributed to a 400% increase in podcast plays within six months, 102% sales growth, 70% learner retention, 60% organic growth, and RM500k revenue over three months. These experiences strengthened my ability to connect learning initiatives to learner engagement, adoption, performance metrics, and business outcomes.

My strengths include learning needs analysis, instructional design, blended and virtual learning, learning operations, facilitation, stakeholder management, project management, evaluation, and learning analytics. I hold an MSc in Business Intelligence and Analytics with a 4.00 CGPA, as well as PMP and PSPO II certifications. I work comfortably in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
