What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a tourism or hospitality role where I can support guests through multilingual front-office service, reservations, and guest relations while continuing to grow in tourism management.

At Boutique Hotel Palacio Caderera, I managed check-ins, check-outs, reservations, booking modifications, and guest inquiries using Millennium PMS. I coordinated with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain service standards.

I'm completing a Master's in Tourism Management and bring translation experience across French, English, and Arabic. I communicate with guests and teams in Arabic, English, Spanish, and French.
