I've worked as a Senior Registered Nurse in the ICU at IGMH in Malé since August 2018, providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
I rapidly assess changing patient conditions, implement appropriate nursing interventions, and administer and monitor complex medications and therapies. I also operate and troubleshoot specialized medical equipment while responding quickly to emergency situations.
My experience includes coordinating care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and precepting and mentoring junior nursing staff.
I've built my nursing foundation through a Bachelor of Science in Nursing International with Honors from UWE Bristol, a Diploma in Nursing from FHS, MNU, and a Master of Nursing Administration from the School of Nursing.
