What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply business analytics and dashboards to real decisions, combine data with qualitative insights, and work with clear quality targets—preferably in fast-moving teams where I can grow in healthcare or recruitment analytics.

I’m a Business Analytics graduate (Esprit School of Business) who enjoys turning complex information into practical decisions. My background blends analytics, qualitative research, and operational responsibility, with a consistent focus on quality, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

In my experience, I created a recruitment monitoring dashboard to visualize applications, recruitment counts, and hiring rate—helping teams adapt recruitment policy. I also built a Python project around Formula 1 interest and sentiment prediction by collecting and structuring social media data to forecast next-season comment polarity. Professionally, I’ve delivered recruitment and/or telephone interviewing services while aiming for agreed quotas and quality standards.

Most recently, I worked as a Health manager, processing and verifying healthcare reimbursement claims and benefits to ensure compliance with prescriptions and contracts. I also supervised daily operations at a healthcare center, coordinating administrative, financial, logistical, and human resources to protect continuity and care quality, while participating in health policy and crisis management. Alongside this, I ran an “Instagram Shop” (Luna Moonstore), managing orders, marketing, photography, and B2B/web interface operations—strengthening my communication, adaptability, and decision-making under real performance pressure.
