I’m an MBBS physician with strong clinical training in internal medicine, cardiology, surgery, and emergency medicine. I bring detail-oriented clinical documentation skills, including medical terminology, SOAP note documentation, and patient chart review for accurate physician support.

I’m certified in Medical Scribe Training and HIPAA compliance through Healthcare Hustlers. I support clinical workflow by documenting physician–patient encounters, maintaining complete and accurate medical records, and reviewing laboratory and imaging reports to update patient documentation.

In my current role as Medical Officer – General Medicine at SS Hospital, Peshawar, I document patient histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans in structured clinical formats. I’ve also completed a House Officer (Internship) in General Medicine, Cardiology, General Surgery, and Trauma & Orthopedics, and I teach Pharmacology and clinical therapeutics as a Lecturer, strengthening my ability to communicate clearly and document clinically relevant details.
