I'm seeking remote medical scribing or healthcare documentation work where I can translate clinical information into clear, organized records and support US healthcare workflows.

I've completed an MBBS and a one-year rotating house job at Maqsood Medical Complex, supporting clinical care across Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology & Obstetrics, and Surgery.

I take patient histories, support preliminary assessments, document examinations and progress, review investigations, and prepare concise case and discharge documentation. I communicate clinical information clearly with patients, families, senior clinicians, and multidisciplinary teams.

I've also worked in community and welfare health settings with Hope and Heal Organization and Shifa International Foundation & Welfare Organization.
