I’m an MBBS physician with over two years of direct clinical experience across General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics & Gynecology, now pursuing a role as a live medical scribe.

I’m comfortable producing real-time SOAP note documentation, capturing HPI during physician–patient encounters, and entering EMR data from fast-paced ward and outpatient settings.

Certified in Medical Scribe & Clinical Documentation training, I support accurate charting through EMR workflow fundamentals, chart review and reconciliation, and clinical documentation like referral letters and discharge summaries.
