I’m a USMLE-qualified physician with extensive clinical experience in inpatient and outpatient healthcare settings. I bring a strong foundation in medical terminology, patient history documentation, and physician–patient encounter communication.

I prepare accurate clinical records by documenting patient encounters, organizing clinical workflow, and maintaining strict confidentiality and documentation standards. I’m proficient in medical transcription, EMR/EHR documentation workflows, AthenaOne, and SOAP note preparation, with record management and data accuracy & quality assurance built into how I work.

Beyond clinical care, I’ve trained in real-time medical scribing and clinical documentation, and I’ve contributed to research through literature review, data collection, and manuscript development, including a poster presentation on cardiovascular diseases in SLE.
