What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Remote Medical Scribe role where I can deliver accurate, efficient SOAP notes and EHR/EMR documentation with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, using Epic/Athenahealth/eClinicalWorks, while supporting real-time clinical workflow.

I am an MBBS-qualified physician with 6-month hands-on Medical Scribe training covering real-time clinical documentation, SOAP notes, medical terminology, HIPAA compliance, and EMR/EHR systems.

I also bring 9 years of experience providing extensive HMS-based patient documentation in outpatient and primary care as a General Practitioner, including patient history taking, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.

I am familiar with Epic, Athenahealth, and eClinicalWorks (eCW), and I practiced real-time patient encounter charting using the SOAP format while maintaining accurate, confidential records.
