I’m a qualified Microbiologist with 7 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, currently working as a Quality Analyst: Laboratory SHE REP at Unilever Indonsa. I ensure food safety and plant organization to the required standards by driving FSSC 22000 (and ISO 22000) compliance, performing inbound, in-process, and outbound analyses, and maintaining daily quality system records on SAP.

I audit warehouses and dispensary for GMP adherence, manage material returns, supervise removal of poor-quality material from site, and support conversion/manufacturing quality by calibrating equipment and monitoring test results in the IPM system daily. In addition, I handle non-conformance processes (including corrective action requests), conduct traceability investigations, compile monthly quality reports, and support investigations through consumer complaint analysis and quality assurance improvement systems. Previously, as a Microbiologist, I conducted testing for raw materials, products, and cleaning validation samples (media preparation, sterility checks, and growth promotion), improved SOPs, and performed environmental studies—while also contributing in Process Technologist work on innovations trials and analytical testing.
