I’m a Master’s graduate in Information Management with hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and improving end-to-end business IT solutions. I combine technical execution with system-level thinking—understanding requirements, modeling data, connecting systems, and automating processes.

In my role as a Data & Automation Engineer at We Are Sales, I designed and maintained PostgreSQL databases supporting internal operations, reporting, and cooperating systems. I collected, cleaned, transformed, and analyzed operational and commercial data using ETL processes and SQL reporting, then prepared reliable datasets and dashboards for performance tracking and trend identification. I also reproduced, investigated, and fixed issues across internal systems, data flows, and automations to improve system reliability and daily operations.

I developed internal IT solutions using Python, APIs, and system integrations to support sales initiatives and streamline business processes. I built AI pipelines using LLM APIs for role-change monitoring, data science analysis, decision support, and task-specific automation—helping the team identify relevant patterns while reducing irrelevant results. Throughout, I translate business requirements into technical solutions, dashboards, and dependable digital workflows.

Earlier, as a Procurement Specialist at KLF Group, I developed a database of vendors and products to enable cost-effective procurement—strengthening my focus on data quality and practical business impact. My approach centers on requirements engineering, process analysis, business-IT alignment, and thorough UAT to ensure solutions work reliably in real operations.
