Faridah Abdullahi

At Rye Lands Apartments, I act as a first point of contact for client enquiries, service requests, and concerns. I assess urgency, escalate issues to the appropriate person, and follow up clearly.

I maintain accurate records of client interactions, actions, and outstanding matters. I also prepare updates and handover information to support continuity and timely resolution.

At Rovers Beauty Salon, I handled customer enquiries, bookings, complaints, and service requests. I resolved routine concerns and escalated complex issues while maintaining customer and transaction records.

My additional experience includes reviewing products and services against requirements, documenting observations, and supporting digital client communication. I’m comfortable working independently in a remote environment and prepared to work US-aligned hours, including evenings and weekends where required.
