I focus on measurable reliability and scalability: I replaced a monolithic Cloud Function with a distributed fan-out worker architecture to cut broadcast latency for 500+ users (~9 minutes → ~4 seconds), owned a multi-tenant authorization layer securing 118 Firestore collections with RBAC and hierarchical ownership checks, and designed distributed backup pipelines that reduced peak memory usage (8GB → 512MB). I also build automation and edge/serverless solutions, including monitoring data ingestion across 30+ hardware providers (with Puppeteer and Playwright) and an open-source serverless warmup SDK that predicts intent ~150ms early to eliminate cold-start latency.
