I’m a results-driven Tech Lead with 4+ years of hands-on experience across data engineering, API integration, and software quality assurance, built for enterprise outcomes. I’ve specialized in Power BI dashboard development (DAX/Power Query), large-scale T-SQL optimization, and MSSQL Server administration.

At MiHCM Bangladesh, I led and mentored a cross-functional team (Support, Implementation, and QA) to deliver cloud-native HRMS solutions for 40+ enterprise clients. I architected end-to-end data pipelines and Power BI dashboards (DAX/M) to automate payroll, leave, and HR analytics—removing manual reporting bottlenecks.

I’m particularly strong in reliability and performance engineering: I optimized T-SQL queries and database schemas to resolve critical performance blockers, helping sustain 99.3% system uptime at high scalability. I also onboarded enterprise clients onto the MiHCM API ecosystem, building custom middleware/integration layers and troubleshooting API failures and data discrepancies.

Before that, I delivered 5+ years of SQA as a remote QA Automation Engineer, creating test plans and automated scripts that reduced post-release bugs by an average of 60%. I bring a dual background in data and SQA, and I’m open to technical, QA, or data-focused roles globally.
