I’m looking for a role where I can combine patient care with precise clinical documentation and EMR support, in a fast-paced team that values accuracy, organization, and workflow efficiency—especially in medical scribing or documentation-focused work.

I’m a Medical Doctor with MBBS qualification and experience in clinical documentation, EMR systems, patient care, and remote medical scribing. I create accurate real-time medical documentation, review physician and physical therapy notes for accuracy and completeness, and update patient data with high attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

In my roles as a Medical Officer, I monitored vital signs, adapted treatment plans, maintained detailed medical records and patient histories, and supported medication management and clinical guidance.
