At Glovo, I designed and implemented the company’s first structured L&D strategy and talent architecture across 23 countries. I also co-led company-wide AI Enablement workshops and owned the LeaderSHE women’s mentorship programme from design through delivery and evaluation.
At Foodpanda Pakistan, I built and launched Paucademy, a digital and blended learning academy, and designed a women-in-leadership curriculum for 80 participants. Earlier, at Carnelian and Co., I delivered learning and Organization Development engagements for 30+ clients, creating training content and materials tailored to their needs.
I’ve also worked in talent acquisition, employer branding, performance management, and conference and programme delivery. My work includes instructional design, learning project management, and AI-enabled, data-informed decision making.
