What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead education programs in emergencies and development—strengthening systems and partners, delivering high-quality EiE/NFE, and integrating safeguarding, protection, and PSS—while driving strategy, MEL, and coordination with stakeholders and donors.

I’m an innovative and strategic program manager with more than 1 2 years’ experience managing, planning, training, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating educational programs in both emergency and developmental settings. I lead teams in coordination with various departments within local and international organizations, grounded in education programming that builds capacity and improves quality.

Since July 2017, I’ve worked as an Education Program Manager at The Norwegian Refugee Council, managing Non-formal Education and Education in Emergencies and system strengthening with Ministries in North Lebanon for children and youth aged 3 to 30 years. I provide technical guidance and quality assurance on EiE methodologies (including NFE, learning support, and psychosocial support), lead partner and sector coordination, and support proposal & logframe development, budgets, donor reporting, MEL, and protection mainstreaming—safeguarding and inclusion across education interventions.
