Coordinated a 60-hour learning programme combining technical training, costing, pricing, marketing, and small-project management for women seeking stronger livelihood opportunities. Supported 12 participants through practical learning, feedback, and translation of new skills into possible home-based income pathways.

Coordinate humanitarian and community projects across education, protection, MHPSS, child protection, GBV, livelihoods, and women's economic empowerment. Guide trainers, volunteers, and programme teams through workplans, implementation, documentation, deadlines, and practical problem-solving.

Supported MHPSS, child-protection, and GBV activities for 235 beneficiaries across Haret Saida, Old Saida, Taameer, and Ain El Hilweh. Coordinated group activities, caregiver awareness, staff capacity-building, participant follow-up, referrals, feedback, and results tracking.

Facilitate structured group sessions and awareness activities for women, caregivers, children, and vulnerable community members using participatory and inclusive methods. Build trust, listen actively, adapt explanations to different literacy levels, and collect feedback while maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding.
