What I'm looking for

I'm targeting Oracle FCCM Consultant, Oracle OFSAA Consultant, and AML/KYC Application Support roles.

At Bootlogix (Private) Limited, I supported Oracle OFSAA/FCCM for banking clients including Bank of Palestine and Access Bank Zambia. I configured AML thresholds and scenario parameters to support suspicious activity detection and alert generation.

I customized KYC risk parameters for customer profiling and risk assessment, and diagnosed case and alert processing issues in ECM. I also configured and troubleshot RFI workflows, including notifications.

I supported CRR configuration and troubleshooting, monitored and debugged FCCM batch jobs, and analyzed application logs and database issues. I also performed environment cloning and setup activities for testing and deployment.
