I'm looking to apply my experience in risk management, fraud investigation, trust and safety, compliance, and operational improvement to protect stakeholders and strengthen data-driven controls.

At Upwork, I investigate fraud, account abuse, policy violations, and scam operations to help protect clients and freelancers across the marketplace. I analyse emerging fraud patterns, document case outcomes, and collaborate on preventive measures that strengthen detection workflows.

Previously, at Tameer Microfinance Bank, I built the Risk Management Framework and led risk policy, credit review, and credit administration functions.
