What I'm looking for

I'm seeking global maternal health programme roles focused on reducing maternal mortality and morbidity, advancing reproductive health equity, strengthening maternity systems, and using quality improvement, health informatics, and data systems to deliver measurable impact.

I've built and scaled emergency obstetric governance programmes across Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital and Emirates Specialty Hospital in Dubai, helping hold postpartum haemorrhage below 5%, raise documentation compliance above 90%, and train 100% of staff. I currently lead maternity KPIs, reporting, multidisciplinary coordination, and mentorship for 20+ midwifery staff while supporting a maternity-unit turnaround that achieved 150% monthly delivery-volume growth.

As co-founder and clinical lead of Teti Wellness, I help design multidisciplinary maternal care across the preconception-to-postnatal continuum. My work combines midwifery, health systems strengthening, clinical audit, DHIS2-informed health informatics, and culturally competent maternal health programming across the UAE, Ireland, the UK, and West Africa.
