I'm currently delivering comprehensive pediatric and neonatal care at Khorfakkan Hospital, a JCI-accredited tertiary hospital in the UAE. I assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for neonates, infants, children and adolescents while supporting families through education and health promotion.

My work includes neonatal thermoregulation, feeding support, jaundice management, infection prevention, developmental care and lactation guidance. I also monitor for clinical deterioration, document care in Cerner EMR, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide family-centered care.

Across more than 17 years of international experience, I've worked in pediatric, cardiac, perioperative and nursing education settings. I precept newly hired nurses, mentor students and junior nurses, and contribute to evidence-based practice, quality improvement projects and clinical audits.
