I’m looking to grow in communications and digital marketing roles where I can lead strategy, create engaging content, manage stakeholders/media, and use SEO and engagement insights to improve campaign outcomes and reputation.

I’m a results-driven Communications Specialist skilled in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and public relations. I focus on fostering clear communication, engaging diverse audiences, and strengthening organizational reputation through strategic, results-oriented initiatives.

As a Communication Officer at ICT Authority (April 2023 to April 2024), I developed and implemented communication strategies aligned to organizational goals. I wrote and distributed press releases, managed relationships with media outlets, customers, and partners, and collaborated with other departments to ensure alignment across communications.

Earlier, I served as a Digital and Social Media Manager for Pastor Angie Murenga (August 2020 to November 2022) and a Client Service/Social Media Manager at Four Up Digital Limited (October 2017 to August 2019). I implemented social media strategies, managed and optimized social media content by monitoring SEO and user engagement, oversaw the brand and social pages, supported customer service via social media, and analyzed campaign data to measure whether objectives were achieved.
