I am a dedicated finance professional with a Bachelor of Science in Management (Finance) from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus. My experience as an Accounts Officer at Lynch Insurance Brokers has honed my analytical thinking and attention to detail, allowing me to efficiently manage client databases and provide exceptional customer service. Throughout my career, I have developed a strong skill set that includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, as well as basic accounting skills. My role as an HR Hostess at Naru Restaurant and Lounge further enhanced my interpersonal skills, as I managed guest reservations and ensured a welcoming environment. I am passionate about resolving discrepancies and improving processes, which I demonstrated during my internship at CGM Gallagher Insurance Brokers, where I assisted in data entry and document preparation.
