What I'm looking for

I am looking for entry-level roles that leverage quantitative analysis, accounting skills, and programming in a collaborative environment offering mentorship and opportunities to support financial decision-making or policy research.

I am a BSc Economics & Finance student at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, combining academic training with practical experience in research, data analysis, and accounting.

I have volunteered with the Economic Affairs and Investment Department at the Ministry of Finance, where I supported research processes, project development, and data mining and statistical analysis.

I completed an accounting internship at Gaitri Consulting Services performing QuickBooks transaction recording, bank reconciliations, and ageing detail analysis, and I am progressing through ACCA FIA modules with strong results in Financial Accounting.

I bring programming skills in Python, R and LaTeX, strong analytical reasoning, problem solving, and teamwork; I seek roles where I can apply quantitative analysis and accounting knowledge to support financial decision-making and policy research.
