What I'm looking for
I’m a 15+ year operations leader who builds teams, systems, and revenue engines from zero to scale. I’ve set up operational foundations from the ground up—authoring policies and compliance frameworks, architecting end-to-end SOPs, and turning founder knowledge into repeatable enablement.
Most recently, I built a startup healthcare insurance agency’s operations for Marketplace, Medicare, and Medicaid—deploying recruitment-to-client servicing workflows, leading offshore talent acquisition, and delivering KPI dashboards on lead flow, agent productivity, conversion, and operational health. I partner closely with ownership, translating strategic vision into people, process, and reporting that support sustainable growth.
Previously, I stood up a Philippine operations site from zero to 92 FTEs in under 9 months for a UK moderation services start-up, owning talent strategy, HR/operations/IT systems, payroll invoicing, and performance reporting. I also led recruitment and large-scale BPO operations at Teleperformance—driving high-volume hiring, improving SOPs and dashboards for measurable productivity/quality lift, and delivering client-facing business reviews anchored in P&L drivers and compliance.

Led recruitment for a high-volume BPO talent operation supporting aggressive U.S. client hiring targets. Managed the full recruitment lifecycle and coordinated with WFM, Operations, Training, IT, and HR to align recruiting plans with workforce demand and business priorities.
Managed operations across telco, ecommerce, and gaming/entertainment accounts, improving SOPs, workflows, and operational dashboards to lift productivity, quality, and forecast accuracy. Owned service delivery across multiple channels, led a 192-person operation, and presented business reviews to client leadership while driving P&L profitability initiatives and continuous improvement.
