I’m looking for a Customer Service Representative role where I can resolve customer concerns efficiently, handle inquiries across phone/email/live chat, and partner with teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

I’m a dedicated, service-oriented customer support professional, currently seeking a Customer Service Representative opportunity where I can turn inquiries into trust. In my Head Customer Service Representative role, I led and supervised a customer service team, set service policies and performance standards, and ensured consistently high customer satisfaction.

I also bring hands-on technical support experience, troubleshooting software, hardware, and system-related issues for customers. I handled inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, documented interactions and resolutions in CRM, escalated complex problems to engineering/IT, and supported product testing with customer feedback.

What sets me apart is my ability to stay calm under pressure while using active listening, empathy, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution to de-escalate issues. I’m comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, call center systems, and CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho), and I’m ready to contribute reliably—training, coaching, and driving service improvements through customer insights.
