At Akastra Toyota, I lead digital transformation initiatives, implement CI/CD, manage VPS/server operations, and automate processes using n8n and modern toolchains, while partnering across departments to streamline operations with data-driven dashboards and analytics (including Looker Studio for unified monitoring).

I’ve shipped impactful internal products—such as an AIO monitoring dashboard, driver task systems with GPS/KPI automation, and AR officer tracking with workflow automation—alongside website performance and UX improvements (including chatbot integration); earlier, I built a foundation through IT support, IoT engineering (LoRa, device integration, and API work), and developer-facing cloud exposure at Alibaba Cloud.
