I’m a results-driven Senior Manager with proven expertise in P&L ownership, category growth, and student lifecycle management in the e-learning sector. In my current role at Utkarsh Classes, I own end-to-end P&L for a category generating ₹12 Crore in annual revenue, consistently meeting and exceeding targets. I develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP), monitor financial performance quarter-on-quarter, and implement corrective strategies to protect growth.

I also lead student retention and lifecycle initiatives—reducing churn with timely interventions, engagement programs, and escalation resolution to minimize attrition. Beyond that, I manage batch planning and academic operations, enable sales conversion, run competitor and market intelligence, and scale lead generation teams (including a 600+ campus ambassador network) to strengthen acquisition and brand presence.
