What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end IBM Maximo delivery, translating business needs into scalable technical and functional solutions while mentoring teams and improving enterprise system performance.

I'm currently leading IBM Maximo solution delivery at Bentley Systems' Cohesive, designing, configuring, and customizing client solutions while providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

I've delivered Maximo projects for TotalEnergies, ORANO MELOX, and SUEZ Group, translating requirements into workflows, custom applications, automation scripts, integrations, security models, reporting, and performance improvements.

Earlier at SAGEMCOM, I led a computer-vision application for robotic inspection of electronic boards, from requirements and architecture through AI model training, deployment, testing, and integration.
