At VERMEG for Banking & Insurance Software, I manage a team of four engineers working on banking applications used by international clients. I also optimize performance and support code quality through systematic reviews.

I put Jenkins, Docker, and Maven CI/CD pipelines in place to accelerate deliveries, and mentor junior developers through training sessions.

For the VERMEG / CACEIS consulting engagement, I led the Palmyra migration for the CACEIS application, including its move to Java 11. I also reworked the architecture to Palmyra standards and documented the work for knowledge transfer.
