At Felicity Solar Lebanon, I scaled annual revenue to $16M+ within three years while delivering more than 1,000 large-scale solar projects across Lebanon and Syria.

I led expansion into Sudan, Turkey, and Cyprus, built distribution and OEM partnerships, and launched a free maintenance Care Center that improved customer retention by 35%. I also managed 50+ engineers, project managers, and field technicians while improving margins by 20% through strategic procurement.

Previously, I grew Inbox Design & Communication from 5 to 35 employees across IT, security systems, and renewable energy, and led telecom sales across 48+ countries for Patton Electronics. My work has included multimillion-dollar carrier deals, VoIP and WiMAX deployments, sustainability consulting, and green-building initiatives.

I'm pursuing a Ph.D. focused on AI-driven predictive maintenance and efficiency optimization for solar farms in arid climates, combining IoT data, machine learning, and sustainable energy management.
