What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end product UX, partner with growth and engineering, and run rigorous experiments on funnels and activation. I want to ship AI-augmented, measurable design that improves revenue and retention.

I’m a UX Lead and Product Designer with 6 years building digital products, focused on revenue impact and rigorous experimentation. I tie design decisions to measurable outcomes using Amplitude, QuickSight, and A/B testing, and I keep AI-augmented design processes in my daily workflow.

Currently, I lead UX at Aprende Institute, owning the lead acquisition funnel, checkout experience, and student campus information architecture for a US-based EdTech serving Latino learners. I designed a 2-step lead capture + nurture journey (LeadForm) that delivered +25–40% MQL lift with zero impact on SQL conversion rate, and I built the Premium activation flow with reactivation comms that achieved a 2.6X activation lift (9% → 23%), sustained at a 31% rolling 30-day average.

Previously, I advanced product-led UX across corporate clients at LFi and shipped 15+ products end-to-end as a UX/UI Designer for SaaS teams at Radium Rocket. I led a brand redesign for ACHS, building a design system and custom component library so the development team could scale the new identity across digital products, and I mentored junior designers while driving design system work for recurring clients.
