At NICE inContact, I architected and maintained the Playwright and TypeScript automation framework for Studio, a canvas-based scripting app. I automated 100% of the regression suite with 500+ UI, API, and E2E tests, and cut execution time from 40 to about 30 minutes.

I also stabilized about 30 flaky E2E tests by replacing incorrect waits with checks for actual UI state, restoring consistent Jenkins CI runs. I used Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini to support test design, test data generation, and defect triage, and mentored junior QAs on automation and AI tool adoption.
