At the Municipal Mayor's Office of La Tebaida, I progressed through leadership positions in administrative management, finance, ICT, infrastructure, and social development. I led strategic, administrative, and financial processes.
At the Governor's Office of Quindío, I worked as a consultant in international cooperation, project formulation and structuring, institutional coordination, and territorial development.
As a National Consultant for the Unified ICT Fund (MINTIC), I contributed financial analysis and support for strengthening connectivity and digital transformation programs. I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration.
