Coordinates stakeholder communication and manages 8 data and AI projects, including a contracting data system consolidating over 60,000 procurement records. Co-designed AI labs and piloted AI use cases for agreement supervision.

Co-designed the agency's AI strategy and operating model, diagnosed processes with BPMN and Design Thinking, and facilitated AI workshops. Authored a policy report on AI adoption shared with the OECD.

Provided project-based market research and financial analysis to a UK private investor. Prepared strategic assessments and business plan recommendations.

Contributed to a study on hybrid work's impact on employee performance, well-being, and social capital. Coordinated research across seven country offices and presented recommendations to senior leadership.

Taught undergraduate courses in Contemporary Organisation Theory and Fundamentals of Administration to over 500 students, with an average teaching evaluation of 4.8/5.
