I'm supporting daily operations at Swisscontact through procurement, inventory, vendor management, event logistics, financial documentation, and budgeting support. I also develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks, conduct field visits, assessments, and surveys, and track project progress.

As Co-Founder and Project Manager of Recover Initiative, I lead project planning and delivery, monitor risks, report quarterly to donors, and provide peer-to-peer psychosocial support to vulnerable communities. I also served as a consultant Project Coordinator for Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Lebanon's Regional Young Leaders Program.

I've co-developed and launched the pilot mental health toolkit “Kifna?” and hold Training of Trainers certifications in sexual and mental health, suicide prevention, and the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale. My background combines administration, coordination, reporting, proposal writing, and community-based awareness work.
