At ECLAC – United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, I support collaboration infrastructure for high-level international events and diplomatic meetings. I configure hybrid conference workflows across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, and provide on-site and remote AV support.
I designed, installed, and commissioned the Carmen Miró Conference Room, a full IP-based hybrid space for multilateral diplomacy. My work also includes maintaining AV infrastructure, producing and recording official UN events, and supporting broadcast and streaming workflows.
