What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on infrastructure role where I can manage Active Directory, backups, VPN/IP security, and reliable network/server operations—while supporting users and improving incident handling and documentation across teams.

I’m a Systems Administrator in Spain, focused on keeping infrastructure stable and secure across multiple sites. In my current role, I manage Active Directory and GPOs, administer Windows Server and Office 365, run Veeam backup operations, and support virtualization, NAS/iSCSI integration, and remote assistance.

I’ve also built strong operational experience from a 24/7 NOC environment—maintaining global core Network and Cloud Server services, handling problem management and escalation via standard procedures, and diagnosing incident tickets with rapid response in data center settings. Earlier roles strengthened my troubleshooting and customer support skills through 1st line and desktop support work, including VPN installation, Cisco Meraki configuration, service desk incident management in JIRA, and security support with Sophos.
