What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead and grow a high-performing talent acquisition team, own end-to-end hiring strategy, and elevate candidate experience and employer branding in a mission-driven, international startup environment.

I’m a Talent Acquisition leader with experience across fast-paced startup and scale-up environments, trusted for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and people leadership. In my current role, I lead hiring strategy and recruiting operations while driving candidate experience and operational excellence across technical and business functions, mentoring and managing teams of 3–5 recruiters.

I also bring broad functional coverage—from People and Finance to Digital, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain—along with a strong focus on employer branding and talent pipelines. I’ve improved recruiting processes, coordinated interviews and sourcing, and built campus and social recruitment activities (including LinkedIn and Instagram), partnering closely with leadership and People teams to deliver hiring outcomes in multicultural settings.
