I'm looking for opportunities supporting healthcare teams through patient coordination, scheduling, documentation, insurance workflows, billing support, and efficient remote operations.

At New Hope Hospital, I coordinate patient appointments, registration, records, clinical documentation, staff schedules, and daily departmental flow as Head of Radiology Department and Senior Radiographer.

As a remote Medical Virtual Assistant and Medical Operations Coordinator, I support scheduling, follow-ups, insurance eligibility and benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing support, and patient communication. I work in OpenEMR, DrChrono, SimplePractice, Optimantra, and Availity Essentials while keeping patient records complete, organized, and confidential.

I also support medical scribing with SOAP and DAP notes, self-pay billing, superbills, and CMS-1500 claims. I bring over eight years of healthcare experience supporting patients, providers, and clinical teams.
