I identify ambiguous cases and recurring quality issues, document findings, and escalate cases that need project-lead or quality-team guidance. I also support reviewer consistency through gold-standard calibration and decision-rule application.
I independently planned and built the Excel Jones online store, managing its scope and priorities while developing the frontend, authentication, and payments. I also planned and developed OSRMS, a Python desktop application for managing student results, and packaged it as a Windows executable.
