At Demant, I coordinate independent customers across supply chain and customer service, map processes, lead logistics-support workshops, and support continuous-improvement projects. I monitor order fulfillment in AX, QAD, and Navision, resolve delivery and price issues, identify EDI exceptions with IT, and prepare weekly OTD reports in Power BI.
Previously, I planned EU and non-EU transport, prepared customs-clearance documentation, and supported export customers at Demant. I also developed major client relationships and sales offers at Perfekt while working closely with production teams to meet customer requirements.
