I've built product, commercial and finance analytics across NCR Atleos, NatWest, Blu, Lynchpin Analytics and Ratio Partners, turning customer, usage and operational data into decisions on growth, pricing, capacity and monetisation.

At NCR Atleos, I delivered a spare-parts optimisation model that routed tens of millions of parts across sites and avoided several million pounds in unnecessary purchases. I also consolidated 25 Excel models into SQL and Python automation, creating auditable forecasts and saving around three months of team effort each year.

My work spans BigQuery, Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI, from end-to-end analytics products and forecasting pipelines to segmentation, experimentation and RAG prototypes. At NatWest, I built customer funnel, cohort, retention and churn analytics used by Product and Growth to prioritise features and marketing spend.

I work closely with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Finance, Sales and Operations to turn analysis into operational change. I bring governance into delivery through reconciliation, lineage, validation, UAT and clear decision packs that support executive-level choices.
