What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply hands-on AI product thinking, user research, and structured problem-solving to legal services, where clarity and well-designed workflows can make a meaningful difference to people's lives.

At Quark Software, I led Quark Layout from discovery through launch, translating messy user needs into structured workflows that achieved a 4.3/5 ease-of-use score and validated demand with 20K+ waitlist signups. I also built internal AI systems that reduced support ticket escalations by 30% and helped drive 15% YoY ARR growth through QuarkXPress releases.
