I am a multidisciplinary professional combining architecture, project management, and business consultancy with deep experience in the food and hospitality sectors. I have founded and led multiple bakeries and delivered construction projects across Turkey and Russia.

As a consultant and entrepreneur I develop tailored operational solutions that increase profitability and customer satisfaction, drawing on hands-on bakery leadership as Head Baker and Founder. I lead teams, manage supply chains, and implement marketing and product-development initiatives.
