I'm looking to lead global procurement and supply-chain transformation, build resilient sourcing strategies, develop high-performing teams, and deliver measurable commercial results in complex international environments.

At Baltic Group, I led indirect procurement for food ingredients and specialty chemicals across nine categories and delivered 24% profitability growth while winning three of the company’s largest tenders.
