What I'm looking for
I’m the Founder of JobSkills, where I replaced recruiter screening calls with async AI screening that produces a structured, explainable scorecard per candidate. Recruiters share a role and a candidate’s CV, I guide the senior-level questions, and the candidate responds through a link—so teams can screen everyone they source in parallel.
Before that, I led analytics as Head Analytics at Convert Again, building BI infrastructure from the ground up and implementing data quality, dashboard, and experimentation frameworks. I organized onboarding and mentoring for a team of 8 analysts, created A/B testing methodology from scratch, and implemented ticketing + load balancing to cut response times by more than half.
As Team Lead Analytics at Vibe Games, I built analytical infrastructure from scratch through an MVP, designed database structures for scaling and query speed, and reduced data discrepancies to less than 2%. I systematized KPI calculation and analytics event configuration with documentation for developers and analysts.
Earlier, I worked as a Product Analyst and Product+Web Analyst, establishing repeatable A/B testing practices, integrating Amplitude, and using machine learning for user segmentation and churn analysis.
